Parker offers one-time or reoccurring swim, bike, run or strength private sessions during the week. You can purchase 1 session at a time or receive a better rate per session when buying a 6 pack or 12 pack of private sessions. 


Parker specializes in VO2 peak and anaerobic testing on the bike and run to help pinpoint your individual needs and recommend the best way to breakthrough to the next level of your fitness. You will receive personal training zones and a complete report of your results shortly after completed the test.
